Horrible, waste of time and money

Only 2 camera models listed under hikvision and my model is not listed
Gives an error Camera isnt reachable on a single camera view.
Help button on Camera manufacturer/brand view does not do anything
Delay in time almost a minute on my local 1GB network between 2 same model cameras that I set up
No sound, no control
You have to buy this app to see it does not work
